Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. By placing an order with Jarso, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms. This policy applies to both standard and customized products.

If a customer orders a personalized product but fails to upload the required photo for a customized mobile cover, we will send an email reminder requesting the photo. If the customer does not respond within seven days, we will proceed with processing the order, excluding the customized item. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
