Payments

Jarso accepts multiple payment methods, including debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, and UPI payments.


Shipping

We ship to cities across India, and customers typically receive their orders within 7-8 business days. Any import duties or additional taxes on the order will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order is dispatched, it will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. If the courier is unable to deliver your package after three attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Refunds are not initiated for return-to-origin (RTO) orders.


Returns and Replacements

Jarso provides a replacement guarantee only for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a faulty product, please email us at help@jarso.in within 2 days of delivery, and we will share the return address. Once the returned item is received by us, we will dispatch a replacement promptly.

Please note:

  • We do not offer exchanges if the incorrect item was ordered by the customer.
  • The colours of the product may vary slightly from what is shown on your screen due to differences in display settings (brightness, contrast, resolution).
  • Returns or replacements will not be provided for products that are disliked by the customer or if an incorrect item was ordered.

Replacement and Refund Policy

To qualify for a replacement or refund, the following conditions apply:

  • Unboxing Video: An authentic unboxing video must be provided to support any claims. No replacements or refunds will be approved without this proof.
  • Eligible Scenarios for Free Replacement or Refund: If the product is physically damaged (requires proof via unboxing video).If any parts or accessories are missing from the package (requires proof via unboxing video).If the item delivered is different from what was described on our product page (requires proof via unboxing video).
    • If the product is defective or not functioning properly (requires proof via unboxing video).

Requests for replacement or refund must be made within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery. Once your request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 24 working hours.
