Once your order ships it must go to the address provided at the time you place your order. If you cannot receive or pick up your order after three attempts by the courier, it will come back to our warehouse.

Any refund against RTO orders will be not initiated, You can Request Us to Re-Ship it with New Actual Address & Contact Details. We will reship it on next working Day.

Returns for Other Brand Products
For mobile accessories from other brands, the return policy is subject to the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during transit.
To process the return, you must provide a clear unboxing video as proof of the damage.
Warranty Claims:

Warranty and repair/replacement services for other brand products must be handled directly with the authorized service centres of the respective brands.
Jarso does not take responsibility for warranty claims or repairs for products from other brands.
Please ensure you read the specific warranty terms provided by the manufacturer before purchasing these products.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please get in touch with us at help@jarso.in within 3 days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced. We will provide a shipping address that you can ship your order back to. We will dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive your returned order.

We do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour will be accurate. The brightness, contrast and resolution of your screen will make the colour of the product look slightly different.

Return/exchange will not be applicable if the product is disliked by the customer, or if a wrong product was ordered.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds

As explained earlier, to be eligible for free replacement, return, refund of any item – buyer must product an authenticated unboxing video which can support buyer’s claim. No replacement claim will be accepted without unboxing video.

Free replacements or refund can be requested if the following conditions apply:

  • Item received is physically damaged; (you must prove this by a video of unpacking or unboxing)
  • Item received has missing parts or accessories; (you must prove this by a video of unpacking or unboxing)
  • Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on jarso.in
  • Item received is defective/does not work properly. (you must prove this by a video of unpacking or unboxing)
  • You have 3 calendar days to replacement/refund an item from the date you received it.
  • If your refund/replacement is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 24 working hours.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@jarso.in and send your item to our address.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
